- Green onions, chopped — 1 stalk
- Cooking oil — 2 tablespoons
- Salt — ½ teaspoon

- Soy sauce — 1 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce or mushroom sauce — 1 teaspoon
- Sugar — ½ teaspoon
- Water — 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil (optional) — a few drops for fragrance

Step 1: Prep Everything First
